Pennsylvania, nicknamed "The Keystone State" and "The Quaker State," is bordered by Maryland, Delaware, Ohio, West Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Lake Erie and Canada. The eastern state was the second state admitted to the Union. While Harrisburg is the state’s capital, Philadelphia is the state’s most populated city.
Pennsylvania has two members of the U.S. Senate, a total of 17 members of the U.S. House of Representatives, 50 members of the State Senate and 203 members of the House of Representatives.
