This time, in order to make my races look as authentically victorian as possible, I spent a lot of time trying to create some Jockey Silks that would work!
This was a long labour of love, as I spent over a year trying to put the Prix de Thornolie together, and these silks were just one of the many things I put together!

Aka my beloved pride and joy of which I will never get over and absolutely had to share.Aigrette/Brooch tiaras are were an absolute staple of Royal and Court dress in the 1800s and few royals still rock them; I’m really excited to be posting my own take on the fad.
I decided a clear out of of my work-in-progress folder was needed (it’s larger than my cc folder!) and found this!
This is the hairstyle that Queen Alexandra (wife of Edward VII) wore from the 1880s onward.
It’s also accidently very similar to the usual hairstyle of Aunt Ada from the Gilded Age! I’ve just finished watching the series and have already started working on some of the hairstyles so you can look forward for those in the near future!

SURPRISE!
I told you it would be worth the wait!
I know there are few dates where I’ve been behind. But I thank you for your patience. Working 13 hours a day six days a week on top of being super sick, and then staying up into the late hours to make sure posts went out has been quite a lot for me. But things are coming!
I’m finally able to release the gifts that were due the last two Sundays (Dec 10 and 17th)! There were last minute drama’s for each of them, but they are now fit and ready to go!
A huge thank you once again to @historicalfictionsims for her help in converting the dress from an adult frame to a child frame. Many may remember the dress in my previous advent calendar, as it was worn on one of my deco sims, but the dress was too broken and I didn’t have any knowledge of how to fix it at the time. So with her help I was able to finally make this dress functional! And of course a huge thank you to @buzzardly28 as well for helping with all the clipping issues! We did it! <3

I usually don’t talk about follower numbers, but this one felt cool and fun: over 3000 people follow this blog now!! I’ve never had as many followers on a blog, this is big for me! I’d like to say a big thank you to all of you, and to celebrate this milestone, I want to share this little pack I made for you!
