Thank you Dan Brown for this incredible work of art on so many levels! From the hidden anagrams to the poetry and addicting music composed to go along with it, this entire work is a true gift. This book has been a deep source of enjoyment and we have used it in so many fun ways. It inspired us to paint our own wild symphony to keep at home and we went and saw our local symphony perform the music live. Have not come across a kid who has not enjoyed this. I highly recommend this for children and adults of all ages. This is a wonderful education in positivity, music, poetry and artwork. Love!

A Note from Author Dan Brown
Long before I wrote stories, I wrote music.
My parents were both musicians and teachers, and I grew up practicing classical piano, singing in choirs, and attending LOTS of concerts. Music was a secret sanctuary for me as a child. It calmed me when I felt frustrated, was a trusted friend when I felt lonely, helped me express my joy when I was happy, and, best of all, sparked my creativity and imagination.
Music is a kind of storytelling, and the orchestral movements in Wild Symphony—combined with their accompanying poems and illustrations—all work together (like a code, of sorts!) to tell a story and reveal a funny or interesting side of an animal’s personality. If you listen carefully, you might be able to find each animal hiding in the music.
I hope you have as much fun experiencing Wild Symphony as I had creating it.

Beautiful book, but...
This book is beautiful, both it's message and it's artwork. However, Amazon needs to get their packaging policies in order. This gorgeous paperback came *folded in half* and shoved in a too-small bubble mailer. It, of course, is now creased down the center and could never be given as a gift. Is this how we treat books now?

This book is fun and educational! It has a lot of detail in it and I love the first page that lists all the instruments. My toddler loves naming them all. Would recommend to anyone who loves a good musical education book!
