Ludlow Station

Ludlow Station served as the main station for Asbury and some mines on the mountain. It expanded to include Bloomsbury area when that station was torn down. A few small, humble residences were scattered in the Ludlow area, which is densely wooded at the foot of the mountainside. The same holds true today, as a few residences are located along the base of the mountain following the deactivated Central Railroad of New Jersey rail line.
