CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

  • Cancellations will be effective at the moment that Be water diving Tamarindo accepts the cancellation in written form. If the refund is applicable and adheres to the policies, the corresponding amount will be refunded. corresponding. 
  • Be water Diving will make every effort to reschedule. Whenever rescheduling is not an option, the client will receive a personalized voucher, valid for 1 year or a refund will be made if applicable, minus a 13% administrative fee.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES FOR DAILY TOURS

  • More than 7 days prior to the tour, a 100% refund will be made, minus 13% of the administrative expenses ( governmental fees.)
  • More than 72 hours before the tour, 50% of the payment will be refunded, minus 13% of the administrative expenses. administrative expenses.
  • Less than 72hrs before the tour NO refund or compensation will be made.

Not showing up on the day of the tour or not showing up at the appointed time will be considered a NO SHOW and will not be entitled to any kind of refund or compensation.

  • For PADI Open Water Diver course, PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course, PADI Rescue Diver course (including EFR) and any other specialty courses, following cancellation policies are valid.

    ​Cancellations or changes with more than 1 week in advanced: 100% refund of the deposit (except cost of PADI e-learning material)

  • Cancellations or changes with less than 1 week in advanced: No refund of the deposit.

  • The cost of the PADI e-learning material once assigned to the student will not be refunded in any case of cancellation.

  • Please note that our cancellation policies are valid regardrdless of the nature of the cancellation or change, whether it’s due to a change in your schedule, illness (certified or uncertified through a doctor), changes in your flights, or any other reason that even if it’s out of your control, it is out of ours as well.

    • Once the activity has started, cancellation of any of the dives due to seasickness, inability to ears equalization or any other personal reason, will be handled as a cancellation with less than 48 hours in advanced.
