⁷ But he said to them, "It is not for you to know [the] times or seasons that the Father has set by his own authority. ⁸ But you will receive power [when] the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the farthest part of the earth." ⁹ And [after he] had said these [things], [while] they were watching, he was taken up, and a cloud received him from their sight.
