Jeremiah 51:7

A Message Concerning Babylon

⁶ Get out of Babylonia quickly, you foreign people. Flee to save your lives. Do not let yourselves be killed because of her sins. For it is time for the Lord to wreak his revenge. He will pay Babylonia back for what she has done. ⁷ Babylonia had been a gold cup in the Lord's hand. She had made the whole world drunk. The nations had drunk from the wine of her wrath. So they have all gone mad. ⁸ But suddenly Babylonia will fall and be destroyed. Cry out in mourning over it! Get medicine for her wounds! Perhaps she can be healed!

Revelation 14:8

A second angel followed the first, declaring: "Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great city! She made all the nations drink of the wine of her immoral passion."

you will taunt the king of Babylon with these words: "Look how the oppressor has met his end! Hostility has ceased!

Jeremiah 25:9

So I, the Lord, affirm that I will send for all the peoples of the north and my servant, King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon. I will bring them against this land and its inhabitants and all the nations that surround it. I will utterly destroy this land, its inhabitants, and all the nations that surround it and make them everlasting ruins. I will make them objects of horror and hissing scorn.

Jeremiah 25:14-27

For many nations and great kings will make slaves of the king of Babylon and his nation too. I will repay them for all they have done!'"

Jeremiah 50:38

A drought will come upon her land; her rivers and canals will be dried up. All of this will happen because her land is filled with idols. Her people act like madmen because of those idols they fear.

Daniel 2:32

As for that statue, its head was of fine gold, its chest and arms were of silver, its belly and thighs were of bronze.
