John 16:3

Coming Testimony And Rejection

² {They will expel you from the synagogue}, but an hour is coming that everyone who kills you will think they are offering service to God. ³ And they will do these [things] because they do not know the Father or me. ⁴ But I have said these [things] to you so that when their hour comes, you may remember that I told you about them.

John 15:21

But they will do all these [things] to you on account of my name, because they do not know the one who sent me.

Righteous Father, although the world does not know you, yet I have known you, and these [men] have come to know that you sent me.

John 8:19

So they were saying to him, "Where is your father?" Jesus replied, "You know neither me nor my Father! If you had known me, you would have known my Father also."
