Eating Blood And Carcasses Prohibited

¹⁴ “For as for the life of all flesh, its blood is identified with its life. Therefore I said to the sons of Israel, ‘You are not to eat the blood of any flesh, for the life of all flesh is its blood; whoever eats it shall be cut off.’ ¹⁵ When any person eats an animal which dies or is torn by beasts, whether he is a native or an alien, he shall wash his clothes and bathe in water, and remain unclean until evening; then he will become clean. ¹⁶ But if he does not wash them or bathe his body, then he shall bear his guilt.”

“You shall be holy men to Me, therefore you shall not eat any flesh torn to pieces in the field; you shall throw it to the dogs.

Leviticus 22:8

He shall not eat an animal which dies or is torn by beasts, becoming unclean by it; I am the Lord.

Deuteronomy 14:21

“You shall not eat anything which dies of itself. You may give it to the alien who is in your town, so that he may eat it, or you may sell it to a foreigner, for you are a holy people to the Lord your God. You shall not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.

Leviticus 11:25

and whoever picks up any of their carcasses shall wash his clothes and be unclean until evening.

Leviticus 15:5

Anyone, moreover, who touches his bed shall wash his clothes and bathe in water and be unclean until evening;

Ezekiel 4:14

But I said, “Ah, Lord God! Behold, I have never been defiled; for from my youth until now I have never eaten what died of itself or was torn by beasts, nor has any unclean meat ever entered my mouth.”

Ezekiel 44:31

The priests shall not eat any bird or beast that has died a natural death or has been torn to pieces.

Revelation 7:14

I said to him, “My lord, you know.” And he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
