A Woman With A Disabling Spirit Healed

10 Now Jesus was teaching in one of the [Jewish] synagogues on the Sabbath day. 11 And just then [He met] a woman who had an [evil] spirit that had caused her to be deformed for eighteen years. She was bent over and could not raise herself up. [Note: This was probably osteomyelitis or osteoporosis]. 12 And when Jesus saw her, He called and said to her, "Woman, you are freed from your deformed condition."
