I was glad when they said to me,
“Let us ^(A)go to the house of the Lord.”

Our feet are standing
Within your ^(B)gates, O Jerusalem,

Jerusalem, that is ^(C)built
As a city that is ^(D)compact together;

To which the tribes ^(E)go up, even the tribes of ^(a)the Lord—
^(b)An ordinance for Israel—
To give thanks to the name of the Lord.

The thrones of the house of David.
