For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. Thus hath the Lord dealt with me in the days in which he looked on me, to take away my reproach among men.
And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants.
A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.
