I do not make void the grace of God: for if righteousness is through the law, then Christ died for nought.
But unto each one of us was the grace given according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God our Father who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and good hope through grace, comfort your hearts and establish them in every good work and word.
though I was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: howbeit I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief; and the grace of our Lord abounded exceedingly with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.
Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
