And LORD drove out from before us all the peoples, even the Amorites who dwelt in the land. Therefore we also will serve LORD, for he is our God.
For this God is our God forever and ever. He will be our guide [even] to death.
And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God. We have waited for him, and he will save us. This is LORD. We have waited for him. We will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.
For he is our God, and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. Today, O that ye would hear his voice!

Thou have avouched LORD this day to be thy God, and that thou would walk in his ways, and keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his ordinances, and hearken to his voice.
Blessed is the nation whose God is LORD, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.
