Jesus answered, Verily, verily I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
He that believeth on me, out of his belly (as the scripture hath said) shall flow rivers of living water. This he spake of the Spirit, which they who believed on him were to receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.
That he might sanctify it (having cleansed it by the washing of water) through the word:
Let us draw near with a true heart, in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
On the last, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come to me and drink. He that believeth on me, out of his belly (as the scripture hath said) shall flow rivers of living water.
But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him, will never thirst; but the water that I shall give him, will be in him a fountain of water, springing up into everlasting life.
And let him that thirsteth, come: let him that willeth, take the water of life freely.

But when he, the Spirit of truth is come, he will guide you into all the truth; for he will not speak of himself: but whatsoever he shall hear, he will speak; and he will shew you things to come.
Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith) To day, if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness, Where your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.read more.
Therefore I was grieved with that generation and said, They always err in their hearts, and they have not know my ways. So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.
And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
And we all with unveiled face, beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are transformed into the same image, from glory to glory, as by the Spirit of the Lord.
