12 Bible Verses about Self Centeredness

But if ye have bitter envy and selfish ambition in your heart, do not boast, and do not lie against the truth. This wisdom is not descending from above, but is earthly, world-soul, demonic.

For such kind serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly. And by their smooth words and elegant speech they deceive the hearts of the naive.

And they will exploit you in greed with fabricated words, whose judgment is not idle for long, and their destruction will not slumber.
