Behold also the ships, which are very great, and are driven by violent winds; yet they are turned about by a very small helm, to whatever point the will of him that directs it may determine. So, also, the tongue is a little member, and boasts great things. Behold, how great a forest does a little fire set in a blaze.

How strait is the gate, and how narrow the way, that leads to life! and few there are that find it.

And Jesus said to them: Because of your unbelief. For verily I say to you, If you have faith like a grain of mustard-seed, you shall say to this mountain, Be removed from this place to that, and it shall be removed: and nothing shall be impossible for you.

And the Lord said: If you had faith like a grain of mustard, you might say to this sycamine-tree, Be uprooted, and be planted in the sea, and it should obey you.

And running under the lee of a certain island called Clauda, we with difficulty secured the boat.

Having, therefore, obtained help from God, I have stood till this day, testifying both to small and to great, saying nothing else than the things which the prophets and Moses did say should come to pass:

And the nations were angry, and thy wrath has come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldst give reward to thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and to those who fear thy name, both small and great, and that thou shouldst destroy those who corrupt the earth.

And he causes all, small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark on their right hand, or on their forehead,

And a voice came out of the throne, saying: Praise our God all you his servants, and you that fear him, both small and great.

And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before the throne; and the books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of the things that were written in the books, according to their works.

And he said to him: Well done, good servant; because you have been faithful in a very little, have authority over ten cities.
