Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ hath received us, to the glory of God.

Receive him that is weak in the faith, but not to disputes about doubtful matters:

that ye receive her in the Lord as becometh saints, and assist her in whatever affair she may have need of you; for she also hath been a helper of many others, as well as of myself.

Receive him therefore in the Lord with all joy, and have such in high esteem:

Aristarchus my fellow-prisoner saluteth you, and Marcus nephew to Barnabas, concerning whom ye have received orders; (if he come to you, receive him;) and Jesus who is called Justus:

He that receiveth you, receiveth me: and he that receiveth me, receiveth Him that sent me.
