'Shapes' in the Bible
He made ten identical water carts by using the same plans, castings, and shapes for all of them.
To one who shapes a pedestal, choosing wood that does not rot?He looks for a skilled craftsmanto set up an idol that will not fall over.
The ironworker labors over the coals, shapes the idol with hammers, and works it with his strong arm. Also he grows hungry and his strength fails;he doesn’t drink water and is faint.
The woodworker stretches out a measuring line,he outlines it with a stylus;he shapes it with chiselsand outlines it with a compass. He makes it according to a human likeness, like a beautiful person,to dwell in a temple.
And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.
