Refund policy

RETURNS:

  • Unfortunately, as per store policy returns are not possible for any orders.

 

EXCHANGE:

  • Exchange is accepted if the received product is defective, wrong, or damaged.
  • Issues regarding defective, wrong, or damaged products should be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please share the package unboxing video for defective, wrong, or damaged products.
  • Products bought from any sales events will not be eligible for exchange or returns.
  • Exchange items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags intact.
  • Shipping charges and COD charges are not refundable.
  • Customer has to self-ship the product if the pin code is out of the serviceable area with reverse logistics.

Important to know:

  • Don’t hand over the product without a pick-up slip or SMS confirmation.
  • Don’t accept the package if it is tampered.
  • Don’t share the OTP with the delivery person if you haven’t received the product.
