On Sunday 24 November, 14 intrepid souls stepped out onto the track at the Silverstone Grand Prix circuit to run for CAFOD, despite the very real presence of Storm Bert!
The Silverstone Run Fest brings together runners of all levels in the UK to experience the thrill of running on the iconic Silverstone circuit. More than just a race, this event offers the chance to raise awareness and funds for meaningful causes. For Lynne and MaryAnne, dedicated supporters of CAFOD, this year’s Silverstone 5K isn’t just a race. It’s a personal journey of fitness, resilience and passion for social justice.
This year’s annual Silverstone Run Fest will take place on 24 November. We are very excited to announce that we have an excellent representation from sisters of the Faithful Companion of Jesus running for CAFOD, alongside teachers from English Martyrs in Long Eaton.
