What is the meaning of this holiday for you, as a woman? Fifty nine years ago 20,000 women marched in absolute silence claiming better living standards under the regime of apartheid. Their action changed the course of history and today we celebrate their legacy and achievement. My question is - do you see a personal purpose in this month for you? I want to invite you to think about determination - what drove those women to put their life in risk for a cause was revolt against their situation and they took action. Out of their determination, no matter what, we saw changes in South Africa. In Isaiah 14:24 we found God's determination - "The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand". How long will you be conformed to certain limitations and problems, that are holding you slave of a situation that makes you feel inappropriate, unfit and unable to advance? How about determining today a change in your life? Remember, when one is determined, he does not cross his arms before a problem but he finds way to advance and overcome it. If a political regime was overthrown out of determination, if God Himself has determined, why don't you do the same towards your life. I pray that you will find determination to overcome whatever is hindering you from a future - Happy Women's Day - Wathinta abafazi, wathint imbokodo

Thank you Mrs Marcia for sharing. A lot of times we go even to an extent of placing our sacrifice on the altar then fold our arms and expect magic.of recent I learnt that working on it is the way.
God bless the women of God
