WASHINGTON, DC [5/1/25] – Today Congresswoman Suzanne Bonamici (D-OR) introduced bipartisan legislation based on a successful Oregon program to protect students from accidental fentanyl poisoning.

Building resilient communities is an undeniable role of the federal government, and the unlawful termination of BRIC abandons our commitment to the communities that we serve.”

Congresswoman Suzanne Bonamici represents the First Congressional District of Oregon, which includes Washington, Tillamook, Clatsop, and Columbia counties and part of Multnomah County.
