Located in the heart of Arugam, Bay Vista offers modern and comfortable accommodation within a 15-minute walk to the famous Arugam Bay surfing area.

Bay Vista was amazing! Everything from the location to the staff. We were very well looked after and it was a nice relaxing break being there during the off season (had the beach pretty much to ourselves). Highly recommend staying here :)

Understated perfection. Totally in touch with the natural beauty , the buildings and natural gardens blending in to the surroundings. Fantastic owners/hosts who are passionate about everything they provide and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely rooms airy and immaculate. Fantastic quality of food. The perfect place to unwind and relax. Amazing beach. We spent 4 nights.. would have stayed longer. We stayed out of surf season, just 3 or 4 of the 10 rooms occupied. The weather was perfect. Amazing holistic Ayurveda treatments 5 minutes up the beach …. The best.

Dream Garden offers accommodation at a minute's walk from the beach. The resort has an outdoor pool and views of the sea, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant.

The staff where very helpful and good. The cleaner was extremely helpful and good at his job. The food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty but the as slightly overpriced in comparison to everywhere else but still enjoyable. Really nice location and great surfing out front but is 15mins from arugam bay. The tuk tuk drivers are amazing and we have a great time with them and feel we left as friends

    still relatively not crowded by the locals due to the distance, and miles of unspoiled, beautiful, isolated beaches to be found. Surfers paradise, but the seas can be a bit rough for the average sea goer. accommodation can be a bit overpriced during season but you can find some reasonable accommodation if you search and ask around.

    Best And Best Place + ❤️Hidden Gem in Arugum Bay!❤️Location is perfect to everything you need (restaurants, beaches, convenience stores). Property nestled well within nature with a Huge tree keeping the property cool in the afternoons, a hangout area and a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Marina Way staff are the friendliest I've met in Arugumbay and work hard everyday to make sure the property is always looking neat and clean! Thank you to Ameen and his great team for being so accommodating!

    World away from busy world. I love the destination. One of the best location I've visited in Sri Lanka. Superb. Kudumbigala Temple, Okanda Dewalaya, Kumana Bird Sanctuary, Yala east national park. Lovely beaches and lagoons and many more places to visit and activities to do in Arugam Bay.

    It's a place for beach lovers and surfers.

    It's a place for beach lovers and surfers. Further not that spectaculair place to stay, lot is outdated and overprized. For nature lovers is Kumana the place to be and for that reason you stay in Arugam Bay. One village further is Panama, with a little accommodation to stay.

    Best place to get away from the busy city life. This is my 7th time visited Arugambay and it has become my fav destination in Sri lanka so far. The vibe is so relaxing and beaches are breathtaking and you can go in to the wild

    We stayed at a deluxe twin room, the room was clean and well equipped with amenities. The staffs in the hotel were very helpful and available 24hrs. Had our lunch at the hotel, the food was incredible too. The Hiriketiya Beach is just walking distance from the hotel and it is a must visit when you come to Arugam Bay. A beautiful beach with people from different nationalities and a great place to spend your evenings. Enjoyed the visit extremely and will surely come back again

    Breakfast was good staff were great and really helped us settle in showing us the area and sorting out surf lessons etc. The pool was great and all the facilities were functioning. Great location for whisky point. With water safari available nearby. About 20 minutes from Arugam Bay by tuk tuk for about 2000 rps if you fancy a noisy night out on the beachfront. Overall though the hotel was good and more importantly the staff were exceptional.

    All the staff is amazing, especially Angie and her husband (the owners) always with a smile and kindness to give. There is yoga lessons, safari tours and surf classes to take. The environment of the hotel is amazing and all the good energies in Arugam Bay are there. They will build more in the future to expand the hotel so we will definitely come back to see and visit them. Thank you for everything!
