JOB TITLE: Educational Technology Specialist

JOB SUMMARY: The Educational Technology Specialist will support and enhance instructional and assistive technology integration in the lower and middle school. The ideal candidate has experience with assistive technology, teaching digital literacy, training faculty in instructional technology, leading parent education seminars, and providing basic IT support to students. This is a new position for the school and will grow and evolve as technology continues to change. This position will play a critical role in partnering with the students, faculty, staff, and the Technology Integration Specialist.

JOB SUMMARY: The Student Support & Engagement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and engaging school environment for middle school students. This individual will oversee/coordinate student support services and ensure that psychoeducational evaluations and progress monitoring are effectively managed. The Coordinator will also support student engagement in both academic and non-academic activities, including but not limited to the Middle School Student Council, Advisory, and SEL Programming. This position will play a critical role in partnering with the students, faculty, staff, and the Middle School Director.

The Upper School English Teacher reports to the Director of Upper School and is tasked with teaching English courses in the Upper School at Briarwood. This position is teaching English, but also places a high emphasis on writing and literacy to support intervention efforts schoolwise, and develops critical thinking in their students. This opening is for the 2025-26 school year.
