30k-Mile 1968 Ford F-250 Ranger Camper Special

This 1968 Ford F-250 Ranger Camper Special was purchased new at Courtesy Motors in Littleton, Colorado and remained with the original owner until 2013. It was acquired by the selling dealer in July 2024 and now shows 30k miles. The truck is said to have been special-ordered in Highland Green, a Ford Mustang color, and power is from a 390ci V8 linked with a three-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission. Additional equipment includes 17″ aftermarket wheels, Western-style side mirrors, a push-button AM radio, and a heater. This F-250 is offered by the selling dealer with a Deluxe Marti report, the owner’s manual, and a clean Colorado title.

The truck is finished in Highland Green and features a Styleside bed, a diamond-plate rear step bumper, and Western-style side mirrors.

Aftermarket 17″ alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin LTX tires. The truck is equipped with power steering, and braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.

The bench seat is trimmed in black vinyl, and appointments include a push-button AM radio, a heater, and a Phillips InterCom system.

The steering wheel frames a sweeping 100-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 30k miles.

The 390ci V8 was factory rated at 255 horsepower and 376 lb-ft of torque. Work in preparation for the sale is said to have included rebuilding the carburetor, changing the oil, and replacing the spark plugs, ignition points, and ignition wires. The auxiliary fuel tank does not work.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a three-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission.

The Deluxe Marti report lists factory equipment and production information as well as a build date of May 27, 1968.
