This 1971 Ford Bronco was modified and rebuilt by JFB Off Road of Manteno, Illinois before the seller’s acquisition in 2024, and it is powered by a 306ci BluePrint Engines V8 equipped with Holley electronic fuel injection and linked with a four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive and a dual-range transfer case. The truck has been repainted black with a white removable hardtop and rides on 17″ steel wheels and a lifted suspension. Inside, the truck features a roll bar, aftermarket seats trimmed in tan leather with quilted stitching, Classic Instruments gauges, air conditioning, a center console, and a Kenwood stereo with Bluetooth. Additional equipment includes a 9″ rear end, power steering, Wilwood disc brakes with Hydroboost, an aluminum radiator, power-retractable side steps, and Hellwig sway bars. This Bronco is now offered with a Florida title.
The truck was repainted Raven Black with a Wimbledon White a removable hardtop during the refurbishment. Power-retractable AMP Research side steps have been added.
White-finished 17″ steel wheels are wrapped in 285/70 Falken Wildpeak M/T tires. The truck is equipped with manually locking front hubs and power steering, and stopping power is provided by Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes with Hydroboost. The suspension and body have been lifted, and Bilstein shocks and Hellwig sway bars have been installed.
The cabin features aftermarket front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in tan leather with quilted stitching, and matching upholstery extends to the dash pad and armrest. A bedliner material has been applied to the floors, and amenities include a Tuffy locking center console, a Kenwood stereo with Bluetooth, and a Vintage Air air conditioning system.
A wood-rimmed steering wheel is mounted to an Ididit tilt steering column and fronts Classic Instruments gauges, including a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary instruments. The digital odometer indicates 215 miles since completion of the build.
The BluePrint Engines-built 306ci V8 crate engine was rated by the company at 370 horsepower and installed during the build. It features Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection, ceramic-coated headers, and a Painless wiring harness. Cooling is via an aluminum radiator, and a 23-gallon fuel tank has also been added.
Power is routed to the rear or all four wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive and a dual-range Dana 20 transfer case. The truck features a Dana 44 front axle and a Ford 9″ rear end along with extended driveshafts.
