This 1973 Ford Bronco is a modified example powered by a fuel-injected 5.0-liter V8 mated to a four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive and a twin-stick dual-range transfer case. The truck has been repainted red, and additional modifications include dark brown leather seats, a body-color roll cage, a lift kit, Warn front winch, aftermarket tubular bumpers, fender flares, an aftermarket stereo with Bluetooth, and Ion 16″ alloy wheels with Nitto Terra Grappler tires. The truck was sold previously on BaT in February 2022, after which it was acquired by the selling dealer and listed on BaT in December 2024. This Bronco is now offered at no reserve with an uninstalled soft top and a clean Texas title.
The steel bodywork was repainted in red with twin silver stripes above the rear wheels during previous ownership. Exterior features include a hood with a black central stripe and scoop, a remote-operated Warn front winch, black fender flares, aftermarket tubular bumpers, and a rear ball hitch. Paint chips are visible on the driver’s door edge and along the inside of the passenger’s door, and heat damage can be seen on the driver-side taillight. An uninstalled soft top is included in the sale.
The 16″ Ion alloy wheels are mounted with 315/75 Nitto Terra Grappler All Terrain tires. A matching spare is affixed to the swing-out rear carrier. The truck has been fitted with a lifted suspension with twin shock absorbers up front and also has Warn manually locking front hubs. Braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench that are upholstered in dark brown leather with a matching locking center console and black door panels. The floors have been coated with bedliner, and equipment includes a body-color roll cage, lap belts for all occupants, dual USB ports up front, and an aftermarket stereo with Bluetooth connectivity wired to Cerwin Vega speakers mounted on the roll cage and an amplifier housed in a custom rear subwoofer box.
A three-spoke steering wheel mounted to an Ididit tilt steering column sits ahead of a body-color metal dashboard. The aftermarket combination gauge houses a 120-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary displays. The digital odometer shows 1,600 miles, approximately 200 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The fuel-injected 5.0-liter V8 was installed under prior ownership and features MSD electronic ignition, Ford Racing ignition wires, BBK shorty-style exhaust headers, and 28-lb fuel injectors. A 1-into-2 Flowmaster muffler has been fitted.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a Ford four-speed automatic transmission with a VHX digital transmission controller and a twin-stick dual-range transfer case.
