This 1975 Airstream Land Yacht Trade Wind is a tandem-axle travel trailer that was refurbished under prior ownership. The work is said to have involved reconfiguring the interior and replacing the flooring, plumbing, cabinetry, electrical system, and appliances. The layout features a dinette, a galley, a bathroom, and a rear bedroom with a queen mattress. Equipment includes front stone guards, alloy wheels, an equipment compartment, a Dometic air conditioner, and an awning. This Airstream Trade Wind was purchased by the seller in 2020 and is now offered at no reserve with a clean California title in the seller’s name.

Airstream introduced the Trade Wind travel trailer in 1959, and the 25′ model was introduced in 1969 with production continuing into the 2020s. The polished aluminum exterior of this example features screen-style stone guards, a camp-side awning, and an equipment compartment as well as an extended rear bumper with integrated storage, an entry door with a separate hinged screen panel, and a retractable boarding step.

The double-axle chassis rolls on five-slot alloy wheels wearing Tow-Master tires. Stopping power is provided by electrically actuated drum brakes, and further equipment includes a power-operated tongue jack, two propane tanks, and connections for water, waste disposal, and electrical service. The seller notes that the trailer is configured to be operated with full hook-ups. The wheel bearings are said to have been repacked under current ownership.

The living quarters were updated under prior ownership and are outfitted with white-finished walls, woodgrain flooring, curtains and blinds, and hinged windows. The dinette features bench seating upholstered in brown vinyl along with a laminate table that can be lowered to form a sleeping surface.

The galley houses a white composite countertop over woodgrain cabinetry along with a stainless-steel sink with a cover, an Amana three-burner a propane range, a pantry with slide-out racks, and a Dometic dual-fuel refrigerator and freezer. A Dometic house air conditioner and a power-operated ceiling vent are mounted overhead.

The rear bedroom is furnished with a queen mattress, built-in woodgrain nightstands, reading lights, and a Samsung flat-screen TV. The wet bath is centrally located and features a shower with a tethered sprayer, a soap and shampoo dispenser, and a Dometic toilet.
