This 1988 Land Rover Range Rover 40th Anniversary Edition was previously sold on BaT in April 2016, March 2018, and December 2021 before it was listed on BaT in October 2023 and subsequently acquired by the current owner. Finished in Cypress Green Metallic over Pembroke Gray leather, the truck is powered by a 3.5-liter V8 linked to a four-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a locking center differential. Equipment includes a front brush guard, a sunroof, body-color 16″ tri-spoke alloy wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, power-adjustable front seats, air conditioning, cruise control, and a cassette stereo. This special-edition Range Rover is offered at no reserve by the seller on behalf of the owner in New York with manufacturer’s literature, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Ohio title in the name of the owner’s business.

The truck is finished in Cypress Green Metallic and the hood, windshield cowl, and front fenders were repainted in 2020. The front spoiler was replaced in 2019, and exterior details include a front brush guard, driving lights, fog lights, a power sunroof, a rear window wiper, a receiver hitch, and taillight grilles. Body-color 16″ tri-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with 235/75 Continental CrossContact LX25 tires. Braking is handled by discs at each corner. The master cylinder was replaced in 2019 and the fluid was flushed the following year. The suspension bushings were changed in 2020 and the shock absorbers were replaced in 2021. Service performed in December 2024 involved replacing the front brake calipers, rotors, and pads in addition to the wheel seals and hub gaskets. The brake fluid was also flushed.

The power-adjustable front seats and folding rear bench are upholstered in Pembroke Gray leather, which extends to the armrests. Lacquered wood trim accents the cabin, and appointments include air conditioning, cruise control, and a cassette stereo. The right rear window switch was replaced in preparation for the sale.

The two-spoke steering wheel frames a 110-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The six-digit odometer was repaired in 2021 and shows 134k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.

The 3.5-liter V8 was overhauled in 2016, and service since 2019 involved replacing the PCM, valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, ignition wires, distributor cap and rotor, alternator, battery, catalytic converter, and oxygen sensors. The idle control valve and intake manifold gaskets were changed in August 2024.

Power is delivered to all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a locking center differential with viscous coupling. The fluids for the front and rear differentials were changed in 2020.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other damage.
