This 2017 Lotus Evora 400 was purchased new by its current owner on September 5, 2018 and is finished in Signature Silver over black leather upholstery. Options include the exterior Black Pack along with a stereo subwoofer and cruise control. The car now has 2,500 miles and is powered by a supercharged Toyota 3.5-liter V6 paired with a close-ratio 6-speed manual transaxle and Torsen limited-slip differential. Recent maintenance included an engine oil change and an alignment. This Lotus is now offered on behalf of the original owner with a clean Carfax report, window sticker copy, and a clean South Carolina title.
The 400 model incorporated several changes to the Evora platform. Highlights include a new version of Lotus’s extruded aluminum chassis, revised bodywork with lower door sills and updated front/rear fascias, and improved aerodynamics including a 3-element spoiler, re-designed rear diffuser, and updated front cooling ducts in the nose. Clear paint protection film is applied to several forward-facing surfaces, with the passenger rear quarter film replaced just prior to this auction. The included Carfax report is free of accidents or other damage.
This particular Evora 400 features black-finished 19″ front and 20″ rear alloy wheels mounted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. Braking is handled by red-painted AP Racing calipers and drilled/ventilated rotors all around.
Interior materials were updated in the Evora 400 as well, with black leather covering the hard-backed seats, door panels, dashboard, and lower center console.
Equipment includes heated seats, a 3-spoke steering wheel with a red accent at the 12 o’clock position, air conditioning, power windows/mirrors/locks, a CD sound system with Bluetooth and a touchscreen head unit, and more. The factory exhaust system can be muffled or opened up via a button on the dashboard. The digital odometer shows approximately 2,500 miles.
Power comes from a supercharged 3.5-liter V6 borrowed from Toyota, which was factory-rated at 400 horsepower and 302 lb-ft of torque. Drive is sent to the rear wheels through a close-ratio 6-speed transaxle and Torsen limited-slip differential. The first mechanical service was completed by Lotus of Greenville on April 5, 2019, including an oil change and wheel alignment. According to the seller, the owner took this Lotus to the track twice for driver’s education events.
