The regular season is almost here! One great sign is the release of the Cleveland Browns’ first unofficial depth chart of the 2019 regular season.

The league requires teams to produce a depth chart each week. It’s part of the routine of regular-season business for NFL teams.

While the depth chart is always unofficial, the weekly releases for the regular season are generally a lot closer to fact than the preseason charts. The first Browns chart doesn’t feature many surprises for the team’s Week 1 contest hosting the Tennessee Titans.

About the only real notable item is that newcomers Justin McCray and Wyatt Teller have been assigned sides as guards on the second team. McCray backs up Joel Bitonio on the left side while Teller spells Eric Kush at RG.

Also, it appears Dontrell Hilliard beat our D’Ernest Johnson for the return specialist roles, as well as on running back pecking order.
