I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Bryan Construction. Nate Hazzard and Austin Lord are consummate professionals. They led by taking on ownership for directing updates, changes and proactively communicating processes with a sense of immediacy and with zero drama. They genuinely care about the quality of the project. They were always so responsive to my questions and requests for updates. Full disclosure, I am new to the process of construction. I am sure it was obvious, but they never treated me that way. My guess is that this team spoiled me for life if I take on a similar project in the future. Thank you for incredible work.

Austin Lord is why we decided to choose Bryan Construction. Surely everyone that attended pre-evaluation meetings was professional, smart and highly capable. The super makes all the difference on a project. He came in communicating his management style with subs, how he keeps projects on-track and he was the right level of humble with regards to not overpromising. Mostly, he was clearly collaborative and communicated the importance of that in the builder/owner relationship.
