The Commons

Colorado Springs

In Southern Colorado Springs, Bryan Construction’s Commercial Division partnered with non-profit Homeward Pikes Peak to deliver The Commons. As a new affordable supportive housing for people experiencing homelessness, The Commons was built to help individuals in recovery from addiction, veterans, the homeless, and families in distress. This project spans 58,876 SF with 50 units ranging from one to three bedrooms, a community room, on-site behavioral health services, complimentary laundry services, a fitness room, a food pantry, and even fully furnished apartments. In addition, the gated community endorses independent living for residents to stay as long as they need while receiving the help they need. This can range from assistance with employment, medical, mental health, budgeting, and other services to help each family and individual be successful.
