RETURN POLICY

Returns must be filed within 30 days of receiving the product.

Once contacted, one of our representatives will email you with further instructions within 24 hours or on the next business day.

In the email you will receive an RMA number and a new address where you can ship the product to in order to process your return. Please do not ship the product to the address that came on the original shipping label. Our items are shipped from one of our many distribution centers and they cannot process your return.

To return a product you must have an RMA number issued by Buy Truck Wheels.

Your RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.

There will be a 20% restock fee on all returned items. Inbound and outbound freight are non-refundable. If you received free inbound freight then the amount that was originally waived will be deducted from your credit or refund.

All returned goods must be in their original state in resalable condition. The products cannot be dented, scratched or have any mounting material removed from them such as adhesive tape. Any defects will be deducted from your credit or refund.

We strongly advise our customers to always retain the tracking information pertaining to the return, at least until the transaction has been fully completed by both parties. This protects you in case Buy Truck Wheels does not receive product for any reason.

Credit will be issued to the same card or payment method (ie. PayPal) that was used to make the original purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our products leave the warehouse in mint condition and well packaged. We understand that during transit products can be damaged.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect products BEFORE you sign and accept the delivery. If the product is damaged or looks like it could be damaged, please note it on the delivery driver's receipt that you are required to sign. Once completed, email [email protected] with photos of the damage and any additional information. We will then file a claim with the delivery company and ship you a new product.

If the product doesn't require a signature upon delivery, then please inspect the product as soon as possible. You must contact us within 30 days of the day of delivery if there is an issue.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We at Buy Truck Wheels understand that sometimes circumstances change and you might need to cancel an order. We've established the following cancellation policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for our customers.

1. Cancellation Timeframe:
   You have the option to cancel your order within the first 1 hour of placing it. After this initial 1-hour window, cancellations will be subject to certain restocking fees.
2. Restocking Fees:
• Cancellations within 1 hour: If you decide to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, you will not incur any restocking fees. We understand that changes can happen quickly, and we're here to accommodate that.
• Cancellations after 1 hour but within 24 hours: If you choose to cancel your order after the initial 1-hour window but before 24 hours have passed, a restocking fee of up to 10% of the total order value will be applicable. This fee is intended to cover the cost of processing and restocking the items.
• Cancellations after 24 hours: If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours have passed, a restocking fee of 20% of the total order value will be applied. This fee accounts for the resources invested in preparing your order and the impact on our inventory management.
3. Cancellation Process:
   To cancel an order, please contact us via chat, phone, or email. You could also cancel by follow these steps:
• Log in to your Buy Truck Wheels account.
• Go to the "Order History" section.
• Locate the specific order you wish to cancel.
• Click on the "Cancel Order" button.
• Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
4. Refund Process:
   Once your order is successfully canceled, the appropriate restocking fee will be deducted from the total order value. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Exceptions:
   Please note that some products or special promotions may have different cancellation policies. Any exceptions to this standard cancellation policy will be clearly stated on the product page or during the checkout process.
