This recipe came from a 1960s Electric Company recipe book for entertaining. I made it for the 1st time when I was 19. Almost 30 years later, I'm still asked to make it. The dip is the perfect creamy dairy flavor with the saltiness of the chipped beef and the required green onions for a cold dip. One recommendation is to make it for yourself first.
