Peaches and Cream Cake Ingredients for Cake • 2 1/4 cups 1.1 GF Flour • 3 large eggs • 1 tbsp baking powder • 1/4 tsp baking soda • 1 1/3 cup of sugar • 1 cup of butter, I used a dairy free, room temp • 1 tbsp vanilla extract • 5oz yogurt, vanilla or plain, I used a dairy free • 1 tbsp peach natural flavoring 1 peach, sliced thin Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray two 8" round cake pans with nonstick baking spray. In a bowl mix the sugar and butter on high for 5 minutes. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Then mix in the yogurt. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until just incorporated. Pour into the cake pans, top with sliced peaches (split 1 peach between the two cakes) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool. Ingredients for Pea
