Yes! A manager will work with you if a flexible work schedule is possible for the position.

You will be contacted within a week if you are chosen for an interview. Unfortunately, we cannot reply to all job applications we receive.

Approximately one hour from the time you reach Camp Dawson.

Casual attire is sufficient for most positions.

Be prepared to explain any skills or prior experience that will benefit you in the position. Also come with questions. It’s your opportunity to get to know CDEC as well!

 

Access to Post
  • The Visitor Control Center at the gate conducts a background check before giving access to the installation.
  •  You must have a valid identification as well as the person who is driving you (if applicable).
Interview Process
  • Introducing CDEC and Camp Dawson in general to the applicant.
  • Interview questions about the applicant’s KSA’s (knowledge, skills, abilities), previous work experience, availability, etc.
  • When selected for the job you will receive an offer from HR (in person or by phone).
  • Drug screening at Preston Memorial Hospital following an offer of employment that is accepted.
  • Orientation date is scheduled after you pass the drug screening.
  • All applicants who were interviewed but not selected will be notified when the position is filled.
