Request Workplace Disability Needs Assessment

The Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program (CAP) is the Department of Defense’s centrally funded reasonable accommodation program that provides assistive technology (AT) and services to DoD civilian employees with disabilities and wounded, ill, and injured Service members.

To submit a request, register for an account by clicking here or selecting the “Sign In” button in the top right corner.
