Kirtley (who was responsible for the typography and printing) later gave away unbound sheets to friends and collectors. He told Harry Chaplin the number of copies extant "would not exceed 45." Copy 37 is quarter bound in blue leather with 5 raised bands with blue cloth boards. Copy 20 is quarter bound in white cloth with grey-green patterned boards.
