Refunds for subscriptions
How subscriptions work
When you sign up to one of our subscription plans, the subscription will automatically renew depending on the billing cycle you had chosen (monthly or annually). You acknowledge this upon signing up to the subscription plan, and you are clearly informed about it before buying the subscription. The renewal will be charged from the card that you added to your Iconfinder account.
Unless the subscription is cancelled, it will renew automatically. Iconfinder is not responsible for unwanted subscription renewals out of customer's omission.
If you want to avoid being charged automatically for a new billing period, make sure to cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period.
Canceling subscriptions
To unsubscribe, go to Your account page and click the Cancel subscription button. Read more about How to cancel your subscription/unsubscribe.
Refunding subscriptions
As a rule, you can be refunded for the current billing period if you did not download any products after your subscription was renewed. Refunds for the past months are not possible. For annual subscriptions, you should request a refund within 30 days from the date of the subscription renewal.
You can be refunded only for the current billing period. Retrospective refunds are not possible. Note that the rollover credits in your account will be removed once you are refunded.
Refunds if your card was stolen
In the unfortunate case in which your card has been used by an unauthorized person, we are able to refund the charges. Please write to us if you suspect this is the case.
Refunds in case of faulty products or bugs
You will be refunded in situations when you are charged incorrectly due to technical problems. You can also be eligible for a refund in case there is a technical issue with the products you have purchased (for example, the icon is broken).
Refunds for prepayments
We cannot refund any prepayments even if you have not used them to purchase products. Unused account balance will expire if not spent after 3 years from the moment the prepayment was made.
Other
You are not eligible for any refunds in cases when we terminate your account due to the breach of our Terms of service.
