8 oz. Cream Cheese (Softened)
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 Package Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
½ cup Cold Milk
1 Tub Cool Whip Topping Defrosted
1 Package Shortbread Cookies Crushed Into Crumbs
¼ cup Butter (Melted)
2 Cans Of Strawberry Pie Filling
Fresh Strawberries For Garnish
Instructions:
Step 1. Crush the cookies into crumbs and combine in a mixing bowl with the butter.
Step 2. In a mixing bowl, blend together the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Step 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and the mix until smooth.
Step 3. Blend the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Fold the cool whip into the cream cheese and pudding mixture.
Step 4. Place ⅓ of the cookie crumb mixture into the bottom of a clear service bowl or dish.
Step 5. Top with ⅓ of the cream cheese mixture. Add ⅓ of the strawberry pie filling to the top.
