Students will complete textbook and online assignments and correspond with the instructor and classmates via the Internet. Students must be proficient with computer and Internet usage. Recommended only for the highly motivated and self-directed student who needs flexibility in his/her schedule. Class content is delivered entirely online. You will need a broadband internet connection and may need a webcam OR you can use a workstation at any FVTC location. On the class start date, login to Blackboard at https://blackboard.fvtc.edu. The cost of the digital resources for this course is included in the cost of the class. As an alternative to purchasing this at the time of enrollment, you may opt out of this process and purchase the resources separately through the bookstore. Contact the department chair before the first day of class to learn more about this option.
