In 2018, Kongsberg Maritime announced their intent to acquire Rolls Royce Maritime and by early 2019 had merged the two companies under the Kongsberg name, spanning 40 countries.

Colite’s Corporate Project Management (PM) team effectively delivered the Kongsberg signage program by navigating through some challenging restrictions, while adhering to a tight schedule guided by construction and unveiling limitations. Legal requirements demanded that any Rolls Royce signage needed to be removed within a very narrow timeframe while new Kongsberg signage would need to be installed and covered – all within a single weekend – proceeding their Day 1 reveal.
