Hallo Walter, auf dieses Foto hat ein Ukrainer vom OTRS Team eine URV Verletzung gestellt. Allerdings ist ein Fotograf und als ''Eigenes Werk'' definiert. : Hi Karl, fehlende Quelle wurde eingetragen. Im OTRS findet sich dazu nichts, es gibt auch keine eingetragene OTRS-Ticketnummer. Das beste wäre, wenn Du direkt bei [[User:Ahonc|Ahonc]] nachfragst. Hallo Wdwd, bitte um Aufklärung, warum Sie im Foto des dynamischen Mikrofons (Sennheiser e845S, http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Dynamic-microphone-senn.jpg) das Firmenlogo wegretuschiert haben, während bei allen anderen Produktfotos auf http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mikrofon Firmenlogo und Name sichtbar sind und genannt werden. Falls keine triftigen Gründe vorliegen, bitte die Markenneutralität von Wikipedia respektieren und entweder Originalfoto wiederherstellen, oder aber alle anderen Produktfotos auch retuschieren. Falls für andere Wikipedia-Artikel ein herstellerneutrales Foto benötigt wird, bitte die retuschierte Version als neues Foto anlegen und dieses in die entspr. Artikel einbinden. Dankeschön. --R. Hi R. Jacques, primär entfernt weil gewisse dominate Darstellung/Präsentation des Logos, Vermeidung von sowas wie "Product Placement". Die Herstellerbezeichnung scheint, für interessierte Personen die es genauer wissen wollen, nach wie vor in der Dateibeschreibung auf, nach dem Anklicken der Datei.
Diese konkrete Entfernung hat nichts mit irgendwelchen anderen Fotos zu tun und ist auch nicht an irgendeine Bedingung zur zeitnahen Bearbeiter anderer Bilddateien gebunden. Hinweis: Die Lizenz unter der der Urheber dieser Aufnahme gestellt hat, erlaubt explizit die Nachbearbeitung, unter den in der Lizenz genannten Bedingungen, die erfüllt sind. Ein Anrecht auf ein bestimmte "Originaldarstellung" gibt es in diesem Bezug bzw. im Rahmen dieser Lizenz nicht.
Da es die selbe Aufnahme ist wurde keine neue Datei/neuer Dateiname angelegt, dafür gibt es die Versionsgeschichte ("History"). Die Originalaufnahme bleibt in dieser Versionsgeschichte erhalten, was auch in Übereinstimmung mit der Bildlizenz ist. Hallo! I have got a message from you concerning this file. I would like to explain the situation. The file illustrates Bessarabian Germans, who lived in Southern Ukraine before IIWWW. Therefore the date of the image before 1940. I believe the lycence might eb changed to PD-old. What do you think. This file was originaly uploaded to German wikipedia, where you also marked it. Hi, on the german wikipedia there is no author information for this file too. Date is also unknown - let's assume something between 1930 .. 1940? Do you think this photo was taken before 1930? And there is no OTRS validation that the original author agreed to license the file under the GFDL license. The uploader (de:user:Axel Hindemith) will get a notification message. The picture made not later than 1940 (I have corrected it in the file discription). That time Bessarabia was a part of Romania, therefore it might be lycenced as PD-Romania. It looks like correct. Do you agree? --Yuriy Kvach (talk) 20:34, 22 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, Bessarabia was a part of Romania, see here: Bessarabia#Part_of_the_Soviet_Union. Bessarabia Germans were deported after WWII, so the picture was made before the war. --Yuriy Kvach (talk) 08:03, 23 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
It is a fact, that Bessarabia was a part of Romania. That is not in doubt. The question is: It is not sure, that this photo was first published or released for more than 70 years in romania to be eligible for PD-Romania. Please also pay attantion to these two files: File:Bess deutsche Umsiedler Abfahrt Klöstitz 1940.jpg and File:Viehherde Bessarabien.jpg. I have changed the lycence, but now I am not sure I am right. If you chack the Category:Bessarabia Germans, you'll find several similar images from Bundesarchiv. hallo walter, wie geht es dem ticket zu dieser bilddatei? ich frage deswegen, weil ich sie hochgeladen und das kommunikationsmuseum gedrängt habe, die CC-einwilligung an permissions@... zu schicken. das müsste schon vor zwei wochen passiert sein.

es soll noch mindestens ein weiteres foto folgen, welches ich von dem museum habe. ich brauche aber sicherheit, dass der prozess sauber läuft, bevor ich mir und den archivaren die arbeit aufhalse. weil ich im OTRS-system nicht angemeldet bin (und auch nicht sein will), muss ich Dich auf diesem weg kontaktieren.
