The string is already mentioned in the file history and file page, I don't see why we would like to make a mess of the filenames with it as well. Hi Dominic, was categorizing uncategorized images from Austria and stumbled across a lot of DPLA documents uploaded by your bot [1]. Those files create a lot of noise amidst the other valuable images. I have no idea on how to categorize that stuff. Can you please (I will always work in the best interest of Wikipedia from User:Dominic) try to make at least some rudimentary categorization on those files.
