1-privacy concerns and own safety (user:sweetcorn has received several acts of vandalism on his home from part of a local resident\s over a period of three years almost every month called the police nothing significant happend and the problem only got worse, reckless driving in the steet, people with rifles shooting right under his nose in order to intimidate him) 2-not educationally useful (holiday snap from the balcony of home, self-created art work without abvious educational use, file that adds nothing educationally distinct-poor mediocre quality-) 3- advertising or self promotion (this file was uploaded in a moment of personal hardship, need and ingenuosness there was a landslide the village was out of reach and I was trying to promote it) 4- courtesy deletion (I realize now I made a big mistake uploading pictures to Commons without properly understanding the license under which I was uploading them) 5-I am shortsighted 6-I am stuck at home with deambulation problems. Please I beg. You have a heart of pure gold.
