The mentioned template resp. online generator is part of the original Blender software (see "Building Online Generators with Blender" http://classic.makesweet.com/pub/blenderart-21/blenderart-makesweet.pdf) Since makesweet.com does not give any information about the licensing, I could only refer to the use of the template. It is by no means that I wanted to give the impression of being the author myself, let alone deliberately violate the rights of Blender.
