Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Flags without the coat of arms and coats of arms without the Heart?

Thank you very much for your kind message. The recent arms are questioned for being considered a personal creation. I am making changes but it is not convenient to upload new files until that the discussion be resolved, if it is positive.

Thank you very much for the invitation, unfortunately at the moment I don't have much time to create other categories of coats of arms, but I would be delighted if they were completely reused or modified in your project.

Historical flag of Brasil (1822-1853)

Good Morning. Could you please reverse the edit that an editor made to that file? There is an editor practicing vandalism with some historical symbols on Commons. Since you changed the color of the First Westendorp Proposal Flag for Bosnia and Herzegovina https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:First_Westendorp_Proposal_of_BiH_flag.svg so it's match the UN-Flags colors Could you do the same for the Coat of arms https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Coat_of_arms_of_Bosnia_and_Herzegovina_1998-2001.svg ? UN blue

Hi. I see you changed a proposed Antarctic flag to UN blue. There are also File:Flag of the Antarctic Treaty.svg and File:Emblem of the Antarctic Treaty.svg, which an editor in 2013 changed to what they claim is the official dark blue color, which looks to me like NATO blue. They don't say how they determined what the official color is. Not all blue emblems and flags associated with the UN are necessarily UN blue, but I assume most of them are.
