[edit]

It appears that Jerry Chen has mastered the art of serial license laundering. After identifying File:EXID at the Korea Music Festival in October 1,2017.png as an obvious non-free screenshot from this YouTube video, I became suspicious of all his other uploads on Google+. Sure enough, a quick survey showed more evidence of the individual falsely claiming to be the author of several works. File:Rosé at the K-POP Super Concert in September 24, 2017.png was published on this Korean discussion board a few days prior to his upload on Google+, File:BLACKPINK Performs at Yonsei University. 170520 (8).jpg is a screenshot from this YouTube video with a standard copyright license, File:170826 Rosé at Gimpo International Airport heading to Japan.jpg comes from firstlove_rose, where it is watermarked and not cropped. There is zero reason to believe any of his uploads are his own work, and they are all likely infringing on the rights of numerous unnamed authors. This Google+ account needs to be blacklisted immediately. xplicit 07:04, 24 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

ALL {{OTRS pending}} Amber19950120 (talk) 08:51, 24 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Based on old uploads (like File:2016 EXID가 대만에서 두번째 해외 팬미팅을 연다. - LE(1).jpg, the first), it appears that Amber19950120 is the owner of that Google+ account and forging the licenses themselves. Incredibly troubling and consciously violating copyright law. xplicit 08:59, 24 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I am sorry that my English is very bad, I was in the upload photos https://www.flickr.com/photos/149611181@N07/, and later transferred to Google, I am also very difficult to believe that there are wikis like this opposition Others upload the file, I am sorry Amber19950120 (talk) 09:05, 24 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I have stated to OTRS. I also hope that other Wikipedia users will not be deprived of the same rights as I have, and I have clearly stated CC BY-SA 4.0 on my website. Will it be strange to appear on other sites? I would like to regret any other works that have been rejected by other sites. Amber19950120 (talk) 09:14, 24 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Amber19950120: What is your first language? You uploaded File:Black Pink on Seoul Music Awards 2017.jpg here and here in April, and here in May. All are 1,080 × 1,080 pixels. But the picture is here 800 × 1200 pixels (no crop) in January. The Twitter user Dear My Queen says it is her picture, and she has her name on it. Can you explain? xplicit 09:20, 24 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Also, someone asked the Twitter user: "사진들 2차가공 되나요..?" ("May the picture be edited..?"), and Dear My Queen said "아니요 😢" (No 😢). If this is not your picture, it is a copyright violation. xplicit 09:26, 24 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sorry my English is not good
I have proven to OTRS
I used to use flickr now switch to Google
The upload time is late
Now appear on other sites to be mistaken for? Why? Amber19950120 (talk) 09:38, 24 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per nomination. I've also deleted images from the flickr account and blocked the uploader indefinitely. --Guanaco (talk) 15:42, 24 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
